We have plenty of activities to help you feel healthy and active and normalise all your challenges now that your baby’s turned your world upside down.

Around 2-3 months after giving birth most mothers want to resume exercise, tone their postnatal bodies and focus a little on themselves.
This fun and friendly class allows mums to experience the benefits and joy of yoga and pilates with their babies.

Get out of the house and feel normal again
Join Karen and a group of postnatal mums with their babies every Wednesday morning for a walk along the Noosa river on Gympie Terrace, then some stretching and toning exercises under the trees by the river, followed by morning tea.

Whether it’s your first, 2nd or 4th, having a new baby is a very intense time for mothers. It can bring a mix of joy and stress as you learn to cope with all the changes to your life. This course gives you a safe space and time to explore your changed world, acknowledge the hard bits, find ways to cope and adapt, and share the load with others who understand and care about your story.
