Whether it’s your first, 2nd or 4th, having a new baby is a very intense time for mothers. It can bring a mix of joy and stress as you learn to cope with all the changes to your life. This course gives you a safe space and time to explore your changed world, acknowledge the hard bits, find ways to cope and adapt, and share the load with others who understand and care about your story.
Cuddle, feed and snuggle with your baby on the comfy lounge. Each week our small group of mothers will explore a different theme, share morning tea and end with a guided relaxation.
8 week course begins Thursday 21st February 2019 10am-12noon with an Introduction to Calm Mamas – cost $20. Bookings essential. If you like it you can book and prepay $140 for the remainder of the course and attend weekly. Suitable for babies from birth until crawling. The intention is to attend as many sessions as you can to ensure your comfort and group confidentiality.
An hour of relaxation just for you.
Special time just for you. Enjoy one hour of guided relaxation and bliss out time – what a wonderful mid-week treat! Calm your body and mind. Be a calm mama. Suitable for pregnant women and postnatal mamas. Sorry, no babysitting facilities.
Wednesdays 1-2pm Cost $18
