If you want the best birth possible it’s essential that you and your partner do some preparation. Otherwise you wont’ understand what’s happening, you’ll be afraid and unable to make decisions for yourself and your baby. In just a few short hours I can explain how birth works, how you might feel physically and emotionally during labour, everything your partner can do to help you stay calm and comfortable including massage, acupressure and communicating with your caregivers so that you can just get on with giving birth without having to think. It will be fun and suited to your own particular needs. In a short time you’ll both feel completely prepared and confident. We can do at your place or my place. Simple!
