A short & snappy birth preparation session for couples, focussing on everything partners can do to support you during labour & birth. It’s fun, it’s practical, it’s easy to understand. It fills the gaps from your hospital classes. Massage, touch, acupressure, how to reassure you, how to communicate with your caregivers, how to look after himself so you can focus on giving birth without worrying about him. In a short time you’ll both feel completed prepared and confident. Small group sessions or private session at my place or your place. Times to suit your busy schedule.
