The ideal birth education course for couples
Take time for each other and your baby. Learn the skills you need to create a positive birth experience, and release fears around birthing.
This course fills the gaps left by other courses and enriches the relationship between mother, partner and baby.
Fun exercise and time out with your baby
Around 2-3 months after giving birth most mothers want to resume exercise, tone their postnatal bodies and focus a little on themselves.
This fun and creative class allows mums to experience the benefits and joy of yoga and pilates with their babies.
